I was soo surprised because I thought I was taking a huge risk by ordering from mercantila I read a lot of reviews and decided to go ahead and take a leap of dumb faith. I couldn't get over how they were offering the absolute lowest price for these headboards online there is such a large gap between my hedboard and the price for it anywhere online. Everything was great except the bottom plastic pieces of the frame attachments were broken. Didn't affect much. The headboard is nice quality and feels sturdy.

I love this headboard! Very romantic and feminine and looks great in my bedroom. Looks super high end. My only complaint is that I have a new mattress with a pillow top and some of the height of the headboard gets lost because the mattress + bedding is so thick and fluffy. Because of that, it doesn't make as much of an impact as it could.
Highly recommend investing $10 and picking up some scotch guard at your local hardware store, especially if you're using this in a master bedroom.
Also incredibly easy to assemble. Works with any bed frame and took me about 15 mins to set up!
Was not notified when the item shipped, but it arrived expertly packaged and in mint condition. Could NOT be happier! I was concerned about shipping an upholstered item.

holes in the back to screw hardware in wasnt lined up properly and some plywood was covering one of the holes. heaadboard was in good condition. [...]

holes in the back for hardware to fit to attach bed didnt line up where they should have and one hole had plywood covering part of it.
